At ModRetro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage-inspired tech. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Device

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
